Annotation Interface AgentTool

Exposes the annotated method as an agent-callable tool (e.g. for Cockroach Aegis or any MCP client). Only @AgentTool methods are exposed, and destructive() tools are hidden unless the caller explicitly opts in — least privilege by default.
